Juice Recipes to Relieve Cold Symptoms (from shiftinconsciousness)
Focus on green vegetables and herbs, use carrots and small pieces of fruit to sweeten :)
2 cups spinach
1 large kale leaf
1 medium carrot
1 medium celery stalk
1/2 cucumber
1/2 apple
1 small piece ginger

1 cucumber
1/2 lemon, peeled
1 small piece of ginger
2 stalks celery
handful parsley

If you can handle this - juice a lemon and some garlic cloves and drink it as a shot, feel free to chase it with some plain carrot juice or lemon water.

Swallow a couple of garlic cloves, you can chop them up or juice them if that’s easier for you. Also if you feel a sore throat coming have 1 tablespoon of raw honey in the morning and one at night, if you already have a sore throat make a tea out of hot water, lemon, raw honey, cinnamon and cayenne pepper, the pepper acts like a mild numbing agent on your throat and is a natural nasal decongestant so you don’t feel the pain :) Also rest, rest! Avoid solid or heavy foods, I would stick to soups, smoothies and juices for a couple of days :) Feel better sweet lady.
